Do I need a gym for successful results from this course?
While it is advisable to have a fully equipped gym at your disposal, there are alternative variations of exercises which can be performed with minimum equipment.

How much weight can I lose in 3 months?
It will fully depend on how much excessive fat your body contains, your age, gender and health status. Average amount of weight loss for a person 15-20 kg overweight is around 1kg per week.

I have a special health condition, illness, pregnancy? Would I still benefit from this program?
I would strongly recommend doctors' approval first. And then supervised training with a licensed professional. Yet, information in this program is provided for educational purposes and you would definitely benefit from gaining this knowledge.

I have experience in the gym, and already work out pretty hard. Is this program too easy for me?
